Why is my i3 CPU failing on Prime Number, Floating Point and Math testes on Processor diagnostic tool?

My Dell notebook became sluggish recently. I tried running Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool and it fails on three differente tests every time I run them. Is my CPU busted? I'm attaching output of SSU scan.

What does your error log say? Are you haveing any disk errors?

The log file is not providing any detailed information. I thus cannot tell why these tests are failing. In the absence of information from a more-knowledgeable source, you will have to presume that there is an issue in your processor.
