Why is my processor working at 100%

So ive got this i5 9400f and i use it to play games and its running at 100% all the time while im playing why is it like that

What about when you are not playing games?

What version of Windows 10? 1909?

What is the model number of your laptop or system/motherboard?

Are you attempting any sort of overclocking?

When im not playing its working at very low %

dont know the specific Windows version but did download the latest update a few days ago

im not at home so dont know but i got a asus z370-p motherboard

and i havent overclocked anything on my pc

its not the serial number for the motherboard right?

and how do i post the results from the tool. I passed everyone on the test.

I did have windows 10 1909.
