I have an hp 15s laptop .my laptop have Intel i3 12th gen 1215u processor
But actually the processor was 4.4 GHz ? But in my laptop it is showing it was 1.20ghz
Can I increase it ?

The laptop vendor determines what the base clock speed will be, in your case they've 1.2GHz. Provided you have not disabled Turbo Boost in the BIOS settings, the processor will automatically increase the clock speed as needs dictate. You have to do nothing. It is possible, however, that the laptop vendor has also limited the maximum clock speeds, so I cannot guarantee that you will see this 4.4GHz maximum for any measurable amount of time.
