Hello A6900,

Thank you for your response.

Did you check the settings I provided in the link above? Please make sure to try this settings with your system since these are the ones tested to work properly with your specific graphics adapter.

Also, keep in mind that the game is running over 30fps which is actually good performance, it all depends in how the system is configured.

Half a year ago when i bought my processor i was playing OW in low-mid settings with stable 60 fps, then i bought 1060, now i sold it, and im again with only i7 6700 but for some reason like i said before it cannot hold OW with lowest possible setting in stable 30 fps. Im trying to solve this problem for more then a month, tried everything but nothing helps.

Hello A6900,

Thank you for your response.

I understand your position but keep in mind that the framerate will be affected in-game depending on the scene, for example , during a battle sequence the resources needed will be higher, therfore resulting in a reduction of FPS shown.

Now, I would like to make sure that it is the same for everyone with that processor so I would like to replicate this myself, please provide me with an System Support Utility report, this report can be generated from our tool, you can refer to the link below so you can download it:

Make sure to attach the created report to this thread.

Also, please provide me with your hardware:

- Motherboard model:

- RAM model and part number:

- SSD/HDD model:

- Any other hardware:

Hello A6900,

Thank you for patiently waiting.

I have finished the testings on-site but the issue was not replicated. When playing the game there were slight drop of frames but it was due to heavy visual impact (Eg: When in a team fight). The framerate however was not lower than 27 fps (Most of the time the fps were 30).

At this point we could either blame the O.S or the hard drive, I cannot tell whether the issue happens with Windows 7 since this was tested with Windows 10, also, the hard drive could have a slow read/write rate which would impact the performance in-game.

Please contact the game manufacturer so they can test and check your hardware to find what the issue exactly is; however, from Intel's side, the graphics work as intended.
