I have a Intel i5-7400 which is not Win 11 compatible. I would like to know if there is any win 11 compatible CPU that would suit my motherboard GA B250-3HD-CF?

Microsoft is supposedly in the process of validating 7th gen processors. I would suggest you calm down and give things a chance to happen. It's still months to launch.
