According to Windows my CPU doesnt seem to really support Windows 11, but I am not so sure of that. Is there anyone running Windows 11 on this CPU and if so, did you encounter any issues?

It does not matter if windows 11 will run or not.   What matters is that your processor is not on Microsoft's processor list for windows 11,

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/design/minimum/supported/windows-11-supported-intel-processors

And, if you do install W11 on this processor, you have to get there via a hack.   You are unsupported, and you may experience problems.
