Windows 11 and Intel® Core™ i5-7200U CPU @ 2.50GHz

I have gotten a notice that my computer will not be able to update to Windows 11 because my core processor (Intel® Core™ i5-7200U CPU @ 2.50GHz) cannot handle it. What's the problem and what must I do? Get a new computer? Does anyone have some insight as to the length of this issue?

Microsoft has decided to not support your processor on Windows 11.

Yes, get a new (or newer) computer.
