I recently ordered a 4790k CPU through a company called "OnlineSavings", this company was a seller on amazon with 4.8* feedback. On the morning of Saturday the 19th of September i was exited to build my new system. But under closer inspection of the chip i could see that the cpu in the box was labeled as "Intel celeron g470", a considerable down grade from the £260 cpu that i ordered not even the right socket infact if i tried to install this CPU into my new fancy z97 motherboard i would have broken both the items. Has this ever happened to anyone else and can someone tell me if anyone else is having the same issue through amazon as the item has now gone "under review".Thanks.

Hello Ceadeusdk;
I am really sorry for the problem at hand. But my best recommendation will be to first conact Amazon and then where you purchased the CPU from.
Also if necessary visit our web site for reporting this problem
The main option will be support at
http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/contactsupport http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/contactsupport
First the Warranty
http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/warranty http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/warranty
or the Security
https://security-center.intel.com/ https://security-center.intel.com/
Regards;
Henry A.
