I have an omen 17 with an i7-13700hx, i installed xtu correctly, but it wont let me change the turbo boost power max setting. I hit apply, and it changes back to 100W even though the system default should be 130.

Hello @Gatrap
Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities.
In order to have more information about your system, please download, install and run Intel® System Support Utility for Windows. Make sure you check “Everything” before you scan, then save the report and attach it to your response.
Also, you can share some screenshots of the XTU to see the settings.
Best regards,
Jose B.
