Version 6.5.1.371, i9-9900K.
When I click Save, then set Profile Name to anything at all, NOTHING appears under Profiles other than Default.
I also have the common problem of losing Core Voltage Offset on 1 in 5 reboots - but that's not my main concern right now.
Anybody else had this Profile issue ?

Yes, Windows 10 Pro1909 (10.0.18363)
GIGABYTE AORUS X390 MASTER - problem began on an XTU update (can't remember the version unfortunately...) when using BIOS F9, and has not changed with BIOS update F10 and F11c (Beta)

Hello GPace2,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.
I was testing this behavior and I could save the profiles on my end however I am not sure if I am doing the same steps as you did to save the profiles, please let me know if I am missing something in your configuration so I can try to test this behavior on my end with latest Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility version 6.5.1.371.
Video attached to the thread.
Best regards,

Hello GPace2,
Thank you for your response.
I appreciate the video you shared with us showing the issue, not sure if you already try a clean installation of the software but if not you can follow the steps below:
- Uninstall Intel® XTU using Apps and Features.
- Delete any folder named Intel® XTU from these locations: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel", "C:\ProgramData\Intel".
- Delete the folder named "Intel® Intel Telemetry" under “C:\ProgramData:”.
2. Reboot your system (optional)
If the issue persists after trying the clean installation, please share the log files of the software so we can further investigate it.
You can get them from:
- "C:\ProgramData\Intel
- ntel® Extreme Tuning Utility
Best regards,
Adrian M.
