BG207Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.

We are sorry to hear about this issue and we will be more than glad to assist you with this matter.

In order for us to answer your question and provide the most accurate assistance on this scenario, we just wanted to confirm a few details about your system:

Is this a new computer?

Did you build it?

What is the specific problem you are seeing with the Intel® XTU tool?

Was it working fine before?

If yes, when did the issue start?

Did you make any recent hardware/software changes that might cause this problem?

Does the problem happen at home or in the work environment?

Please attach the SSU report so we can verify further details about the components in your platform, check all the options in the report including the one that says "3rd party software logs":

a 4080 ASUS / NOCTUA card , air cooled 1000 w power supply ceres 500 TT case. when I turn on under volt protection in the bios

XTU loads but will not let me under volt, when i disable UVP in bios XTU will not start XTU tells me to enable it. SO what did I do, I used

BG207, You are very welcome, thank you very much for sharing those updates.

Perfect, excellent, it is great to hear that you were able to use the BIOS to undervolt the system, lowering volts and watts and now the temperature results are great.
