Hello @theking2
Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities.
In order to have a better understanding of your issue, please provide me with the following:
- Did the Intel® XTU use to work before?
- Was there any major hardware or software change before the issue started?
- Is there any error message?
Best regards,
Jean O.
