Hi all,
I'm wanting to buy an Intel Xeon X3440 and put it in an 2U server chassis. But what kind of cpu cooler is delivered with the Xeon processors? The same like my Core i7 920 or a smaller one like http://www.aerocooler.com/products/FANDY661_m.jpg this one?
Thanks in advance.

The boxed CPU ships with a regular fan heatsink like this:
You're gonna need a 1U heatsink to use the CPU in a 2U chassis. See http://www.intel.com/Assets/en_US/PDF/designguide/322374.pdf Intel® Xeon® Processor 3400 Series and LGA1156 Socket Thermal and Mechanical Design Guide for more details.
Some rack chassis will ship with CPU heatsink included. If not you'll need to get one from market.
