I'd like to know if the Xeon 5630 to a Bus / Core Ratio 20 or 21? (Without turbo mode)

and is will it work without problem on a conventional motherboard? (Not server)

ok thanks, so if I want to have a multi of 21, it must E5640 (x21 without turbo mode, as the i7 920)

the E5630 with a multi of 20 (without turbo mode, and 19 with the turbo)
