Xeon E3 M V6, Theta JC

were trying to design a rugged computing system, with a cold wall technique, no fans or vents allowed.

Where do I find the theta Jc of the E3 M V6 ? so we can design our cooling to keep the silicon within specification over our extended range of ambient. Im looking at using Peltier cooling as we have a very high ambient.
