For Windows 11, Microsoft is supporting only 8th gen and later processors. You have a 5th gen processor. While you could possibly install Windows 11, you would not be supported by Microsoft and you wouldn't receive any updates (no bug fixes, no security fixes/updates, no nothing). The only way you can use Windows 11 fully-supported is if you replace your system with a much newer one.

You cannot fix it. Your processor is not supported by Microsoft for Windows 11, and the processor cannot be upgraded.
A fix? Purchase a system with an 8th gen processor or later.
