can i upgrade processor?

i have an intel 486 and have an ibm computer and i want to know how to change it into a up to date processor and play all the latest games

Simple answer - you cannot. There is nothing you can do except to take that hardware to a recycle station.

There is no upgrade path for your memory, processor, power supply, etc.
