I have a Dell G3 15 with a i5 10th generation, I know for sure my lap soports a i7 10th generation but DELL sugest Intel Core i7-10870H de 10.a generation, but I can¨t find that one, the only for sure is the 10700, my cuestion is: I CAN USE THAT ONE IN MY LAP???

No, you cannot replace your process or with the i7-10870H, because your processor is soldered to the motherboard. The i7-10870H would also have to be soldered, which cannot be (easily) done (if at all).
Dell should have informed you of this.
