I'm worried about the Maximun Memory Size (16GB) in the "Specifications" of core i5 661 processor since there is a observation "dependent on memory type".
My motherboard ASUS P7H57D-V-EVO supports 16GB (4 x 4Gb DDR3 1333). The question is will the processor accept this configuration?

Hello: The note on your processor specifications "dependent on memory type" means that if the desktop board that you are planning to use will support up to 16 gb of memory, the processor will be able to support all the memory install. Just make sure that the voltage of the memory that you are planning to use is 1.5 volts since this is the maximum memory voltage supported by the processor , for more information check page 11 of the processor data sheet: http://download.intel.com/design/processor/datashts/322909.pdf http://download.intel.com/design/processor/datashts/322909.pdf
