hello .first sorry for my bad english
My cpu is 4960x and i overclock 3.6 to 4.2ghz
and i use program linx avx for 190 hours
cpu vcroe voltage was 1.185v pll voltage 1.82
cpu temperature was 70.c
i am worried about cpu demage casue Electromigration
my cpu will be ok? or no demage?

As you know, overclocking an Intel processor at frequencies beyond official specifications is not supported. There are risks associated with this including data errors, unpredictable system failures, and voided warranty.
That said, it seems you did exceed the max Tcase temperature:

Probably better to ask before doing such an extended test in the future.

That is correct, overclocking voids the processor's warranty.
