At first, I thought it might be an issue with the thermal paste, so I replaced it, but the problem persists. It occurred to me that the issue might also be related to the CPU cooler, but I haven’t checked it yet because I don’t have a replacement cooler to test.
I’m attaching a screenshot showing the parameters and how it looks. The computer is just over a year old. The cooling system is an Endorfy Navis F360.

hello there, try to recheck your cooler performance. Keep you BIOS version up to date using a microcode patch. Processors feature two types of thermal protection, the throttling and automatic shutdown. The specific throttle temperature may vary depending on the processor model and BIOS settings. When a core reaches its designated throttle temperature, the processor will reduce power to lower the temperature back below the threshold.
If the throttling mechanism is unable to maintain safe temperatures due to issues like a failing thermal solution or improper assembly the processor will automatically shut down to prevent any permanent damage.
