current limit throttling

while i was gaming some frequent stutters annoyed me and i thought of undervolting the system so i went to intel xtu software to see this -- current limit throttling glowing all around. what should i do??

XTU only supports X and K processors. What is your processor model number?

I cannot tell you how to fix it. I can tell you that using XTU will make the situation worse, as your H processor is not supported.

Uninstall XTU, and reset your bios to defaults.

...And then contact your motherboard/system manufacturer to discuss why their BIOS is implementing current limiting.
