does i5-4210h support hardware virtualization?

Does i5-4120h support hardware virtualization? intel specification says [VT-x, EPT - "yes"], but Intel Processor Identification Utility and "SecurAble" says [VT-x, EPT - "no"]. In bios (E175AIMS.111) i can't find virtualization parametr also.

Processor specification page, IPIU, SecurAble screenshots:

Also, task manager screen:

So, if i5-4210 doesn't support hardware virtualization, why specification tells "it does", or, if it supports, how can i enable/use it? Bios update didn't help.

Roman512, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.

Perfect, excellent, it is great that you were able to fix it by disabling hyper-v, Windows* hypervisor platform, virtual machine platform.

Just to let you know, for future scenarios, the Intel® Core™ i5-4210H Processor is under status of: End Of Interactive Support / Discontinued, as you can confirm in the following link:

So, even though Intel® technical support will no longer be provided for this kind of products, still, as an option you may want to try our Discontinued Products Community to get recommendations from fellow community members:
