does i5-4210h support hardware virtualization?

Does i5-4120h support hardware virtualization? intel specification says [VT-x, EPT - "yes"], but Intel Processor Identification Utility and "SecurAble" says [VT-x, EPT - "no"]. In bios (E175AIMS.111) i can't find virtualization parametr also.

Processor specification page, IPIU, SecurAble screenshots:

Also, task manager screen:

So, if i5-4210 doesn't support hardware virtualization, why specification tells "it does", or, if it supports, how can i enable/use it? Bios update didn't help.
