Bonjour,

Hello,

If you need more information to solve the problem, I run with an intel core ultra i7 265kf / MSI z890 gaming plus.
The latest intel update is number INTEL - System - 10.1.47.12
I've tried several things but games with EAC (easy anti cheat) crash directly when the game is launched.

Hello Rocoyoyo,

Thanks for posting in the community, to further investigate this I would like to ask some questions related to this one.

  1. Can you confirm if this is a newly built system?
  2. What is the make and model of your RAM?
  3. What is your current BIOS version?
  4. Can you share the mini dump that you have?

Additionally, to better understand your entire system information, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This will generate a text file that compiles all your system information. You can follow this link for instructions and send the text file here. How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows
