i have intel i9 13900k white gigabyte z790 gaming ax . i install the latest intel XTU for undervoltag .
everything is ok but after restart or shutdown all of my setting is reset so i have to set again my setting .
when my system startup this message is show to me :
error the application exited unexpectedly
how can i solve this problem ?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Intel® XTU? Please follow these steps to uninstall it properly: How to Uninstall the Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility (Intel® XTU)
Please be aware that actions like Underclocking are not recommended, using your processor below or above the processor specifications can reduce its useful life and can void the warranty.
Also, the watchdog is a timer that monitors microcontroller (MCU) programs to see if they are out of control or have stopped operating due to hardware/software faults, so this message may appear due to the settings you are using, are causing a system instability as indicated in the error message box.
