Hello PJean4, Intel® XTU was developed mainly for Intel® Core™ X and K Processors/Unlocked processors. Although it is supported by other platforms, the results may vary and you may only use it for monitoring purposes. Having said this, could you please provide more information about your system? 1. Please run the Intel® System Support Utility and attach the report to this thread. 1.Download the Intel® System Support Utility and save the application to your system. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-?product=91... 2.Open the application and click Scan to see system and device information. The Intel® System Support Utility defaults to the Summary View on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says summary to change to Detailed View. 3.To save your scan, click Next and click Save. You can save the file to any accessible location on your computer. 2. Thank you for responding to me so quickly. You will find the SSU file as an attachment "intel_resume. txt". I have no blue screen, freeze software and crash the PC. Hello PJean4, Thank you for your response. To address this issue, we recommend reinstalling the tool. If you are using this tool to overclock or undervolt your system, it may not be supported. If you would like to continue using this tool, we recommend using it for monitoring purposes. Hello to you, this tool was working on Windows 10 version 1803. I'm Windows insider and I think the problem comes from version 1903 build 18342.8. I told Microsoft also. I hope it will be resolved with the final version. I used it for surveillance purposes. In any case thank you for your attention and for responding to me so quickly.
