Hello, i have an intel core i5-8400 desktop processor (8th generation) installed on an asus motherboard Prime B360M-A. My operating system is windows 10 pro 64bit. I installed all drivers that came with the motherboard CD but cannot get drivers for graphics. I downloaded "Intel_Graphics_Accelerator_Driver_WIN10-64_V2320164944_0326" for driver but when i install it i get message " Error: This installation package is not supported by this processor type".
When i go to advanced display settings i only get 2 options:
- 1024 * 768
- 800 * 600
Can anyone help me out?
Thanks.

This is the graphics driver for your processor:

However, you should really be using the driver from asus. https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/PRIME-B360M-A/HelpDesk_Download/ PRIME B360M-A Driver & Tools | Motherboards | ASUS USA

Download the zip installation package.
Unplug from the net.
In device manager, keep removing display drivers until none exist.
Install the driver you downloaded

Do you have another graphics card installed in this system? Normally, if another card is present, the on-chip graphics engine will be disabled automatically - and this is the error message you will see if you attempt to install the driver package.
Hope this helps,
