Hello javadth,
Thank you for contacting the Intel community.
If you have the Intel® HD Graphics 4600, the driver available can be located here:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26682/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-40-?product=81496 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26682/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-40-?product=81496
Now, since you have an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) system, I suggest you to uninstall both of the graphics drivers you have installed, the Intel® driver and NVIDIA driver, then install the Intel® graphics driver manually, please see how to http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005629.html Manually Install an Intel® Graphics Driver in Windows® 10 and Windows 8*/8.1*, once you have the Intel® graphics driver installed go ahead and install the NVIDIA, you should be able to download it here:

We need to install the Intel® driver first to avoid any issue with one driver and the other.
I hope that helps.
Regards,
Ivan.

If you follow the manual procedure to update the graphics driver you will need to choose the zip file which is the second option.
If this does not work, Intel's generic graphics drivers from the Intel website do not work on some computers that support Switchable Graphics. It depends on your computer's hardware configuration. If you encounter problems using the generic driver, Intel recommends reinstalling the latest validated driver from your computer manufacturer for your system.
You should be able to get the proper driver for your system here:

The driver I posted on the link above is the proper driver for the Intel® HD Graphics 4600 but it is a generic driver, if this driver cannot be install not even manually then your computer manufacturer ASUS does not allow the installation of a generic driver.
I suggest you to contact ASUS for you to get the proper support for your system. You should be able to get support here:
https://www.asus.com/support/ https://www.asus.com/support/
I have also sent you a private message.
Best regards,
Ivan.
