i have a sony vaio e series laptop with i3-3110m processor along with amd radon hd 7500/7600 on board gpu, i am having some problems with my radon gpu , so can i use processor graphics as display adaptor ?

The i3-3110m does have Intel HD 4000 graphics:

However, regarding your laptop, if your graphics is dedicated to the Radeon (and not switchable) you will need to contact Sony for any support.
