I've uprgaded my laptop Acer Nitro 515-52 recently by inserting a 256gb nvme ssd and 4gb extra ram(now 12gb). It has a Intel i5 8300H processor. After that the upgrade CPU shows a highet clock speed. Consistently above 3.5GHz(2.3-4GHz) is the range. It also results in heating and heat throttling.
What is your question? If you are worried about the throttling, this is likely something wrong in the BIOS implementation/configuration. For this, you need to contact Acer.
