Hello there,

https://support.apple.com/kb/SP719?locale=en_GB MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015) - Technical Specifications

You might take a look at the link above to obtain the related information on MacBook Pro Mid 2015.

As to the detail model of your Core i7 processor, I suggest you the following ways!

1. Installing Microsoft Windows 10 alongside macOS, and use utilities such as CPU-Z, HWINFO32/64, and so forth to get that information. But that is a dangerous and complex procedure, but most idealised.

2. https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/download-maccpuid/ Download MacCPUID | Intel® Software

I have never tried this utility, so I could not promise it would work for you.

3. https://github.com/X0rg/CPU-X/releases/tag/v3.1.3 Release v3.1.3 · X0rg/CPU-X · GitHub

Opensource unitily, CPU-X, it provides support for FreeBSD, but I have no ideas whether it could be compiled and run under macOS.

4. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MacBook_Pro MacBook Pro - Wikipedia

Even though the information what Wikipedia.org said could never be promised to correct 100%, but you can take a look at it as a most potential reference! It says that processor is Intel Core i7-4770HQ!
