how to do thermal simulation on Intel i3 processor

Hi, I need to run a thermal simulation for intel i3 based on 2Resistor thermal model. I come to a dead end when i need information like Thermal Resistance(junction to case) and Thermal Resistance(junction to board). According to the link, this kind of info required Top Cold Plate Test and Ring Cold Plate Test to be carried out. Can Intel provide with this kind of info ?
