how to set i5 9600k overclocked back to default

hi I need help on to put my cpu back to default as I overclocked with the intel etu software im not sure if for ideal temps I should be getting 30-50

Your post is muddled. If I am misinterpreting what the questions are you want answered, please restate.

You can run XTU and reset the overclocking settings to defaults. As for temperatures, they are going to be higher as a result of overclocking. Ideal temperatures while system is idle should definitely be below 50 and better below 40.

Note: Do not consider temperature readings reported while in BIOS Setup. In BIOS Setup, all power management features are disabled and the processor is never halted, so temperature readings will be artificially high.
