i have an atom z3735f and it says on your website that this processor is not compatible with a windows 10 32bit os and i am currently running 8.1 32 bit with x64 based processor. i am having problems doing a clean install.

trying to clean install from installation media windows 10 and/or 8.1 they freeze at the language screen. im looking for all the help i can get.

Sorry, you cannot do a clean install on this processor.

Specifically: Intel Atom® Processors (code name Bay Trail) are supported for Windows® 10, 32-bit platform with the existing drivers that were delivered for Windows* 8.1.

 

You might try an upgrade from W8.1 32-bit to W10 32-bit. Then, use Windows to "Reset this PC", which should allow you to reset windows and allow you to remove all apps and data.

 

Whatever the case, backup your data before doing this.
