What is the maximum frequency that the memory controller can support a i3-3225 and if i use 2666Mhz memory should change my CPU ?

The Intel specification for the i3-3225 processor is a maximum memory speed of 1600:

But, the spec is very conservative, and the highest speed memory you can use depends more on the mother board, its BIOS, and the memory itself.

When you say, "if i use 2666Mhz memory should change my CPU ?", do you mean use or get a different CPU to match your memory speed? If so, you should know that Intel does not have any CPUs that are rated to work with 2666 memory. The highest speed memory specification for any Intel CPU is 1600. These are the most expensive Intel CPUs for PCs, check the memory speed specification:

Also, memory speeds above 1600 provide very little improvements in performance in real world use. Your money should be used to get an i5 or i7 CPU, and not very fast, over clocked memory.

The MB suport ddr3 up to 2666Mhz bud I can't stabilize at 2400Mhz memory with XMP profile ... manual tuning is the same problems . This kit work fine up to 1600Mhz . Also BIOS freeze , somеtimes not detecting LAN ...

I nave stabilizet at 2133Mhz at 1,587V memory voltage and 0,937 for SA bud CPU is now unstable , not passed super PI. My memory test is MEMTEST ...

Please keep in mind that the memory controller is integrated on the Processor. This will lock the CPU to a specific type (speed-voltage) of memory.

This Processor requires memory designed at 1333 or 1600 MHz as maximum. Over these specifications, the CPU will automatically attempt to run the memory at a lower speed and voltage to stay within these specifications. Depending on your BIOS options, you may be able to override the behavior of the processor but doing so may damage the processor or shorten its expected lifetime.

Frequency used modules is 2400Mhz but the system is not stable. Maybe a bios issue, because older versions constantly reboot and Intel SSD 520 also freezes but on my old computer working smoothly ..!

The motherboard has problems with Hynix 2133Mhz too ... Obviously BIOS problem and not the CPU.

Also USB3.0 drivers do not want to install "the system not pass minimum system requirements" ....
