Could you please confirm if the issue you are having is that the Voltages of the CPU are different while running different tests? If this is not the issue please provide a detailed description of the issue you are having.

死官方拿電壓有所變動為理由拒絕回應
可正常工作電壓是幾V到幾V
根本就想陷害人無法分辨觀察CPU電壓合理範圍
避免主機板電源供應器燒壞CPU或不能正常使用
如果我點出來此疑慮
你這個死INTEL官方下一句是否會稱說請向主機板POWER原廠詢問
主機板POWER原廠稱不在他們的業務範圍內好嗎

Hello JJKL0,
I would like to point out that the voltages are set by the motherboard; therefore, if the processor is getting different voltages the motherboard is the one who is providing it with different values.
Also, different readings are ok since they are captured in different workloads (BIOS vs OS) This is expected and normal. If you still think the voltages are an issue please run the IPDT (Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool) to make sure CPU is working fine.
