have you tried teh drivers from treh Acer site? http://www.acer.co.uk/acer/service.do?LanguageISOCtxParam=en&miu10einu24.current.attN2B2F2EEF=3734&sp=page15e&ctx2.c2att1=17&miu10ekcond13.attN2B2F2EEF=3734&CountryISOCtxParam=UK&ctx1g.c2att92=122&ctx1.att21k=1&CRC=2980211862
Also in what order do they suggest installing the drivers? i wouls suggets you install the intel one first.
Just thoguht what is the generic dirver win 7 installs? and why not just let win updates install the driver? if it aint finding a newer one tehn it may simply not be possible for you to install the driver untill its been approved by acer, they may tweak something in it

so... heyy :S
i've fully re-installed windows 7 ultimate 32 bit.
now i've tried to install the driver BUT it didnt work!
so i tried it manually with the .inf file , finally it finds the intel HD ()
also if i de-install my manual installed driver i can install it via my acer 5741g driver , but still there is this message : "This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)"
already tried to google it but it doesnt find anything...

I don't think INtel will help as it's an OEM intel component, the product is from Acer,
you might have to email acer support: http://support.acer.com/
