Hello, thank you for reading.
I put my PC together yesterday. I've included the XTU and SSU results.
I found this post that seemed to have a similar (almost identical) problem and fixed it by switching motherboards, but I was hoping to fix the situation by adjusting the settings.
Can anyone help me, please?

In order to better assist you, please provide the following information:
- Even though that is a new build, have you noticed any performance issues so far?
- Have you experienced any random shut down, flickering screen, BSODs, etc.?
- What cooling solution are you using?
The thermal throttling it is not an expected behavior, especially on a new built, so we need to gather information in order to isolate the issue.
