While playing games system getting crash all the time.

Same here, freezing all the time need to restart my pc even 3 times per day.

 

In which games do these errors happen to you?

It happens to me too I have to restart my pc everya couple hours.
For some reason when im gaming and i try to open something else it crashes really annoying. Ill never ever be using intel again

Let me ask you some questions so we can better navigate on how to resolve this situation. Please share some information by answering my inquiries:


  1. Can you tell me if you have already did some troubleshooting, so we can eliminate the ones that you already done
  2. Does this happen before or it just recently happen?
  3. Besides when playing games, does the system also crash when on idle and performing general tasks?
  4. Did you try overclocking your processor, might be on the bios or in application? If you did in an application can you tell me the name of it Please do note that your warranty may be voided if you do it.


Also, to better understand your entire system information, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This will generate a text file that compiles all your system information. You can follow this link for instructions and send the text file here. How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows. I am looking forward hearing from you.
