You are running the latest F11 BIOS for the Gigabyte B760M GAMING X AX motherboard that includes Intel Default Settings as the standard setting. Check the BIOS to make sure that this is the case. If necessary set the BIOS to the defaults.
As the BIOS is up to date it is likely that the drivers are too although it might be worth checking the support page for this motherboard to make sure that is the case.
Is there any sign of overclocking software being present.

ok its not the best but its better.
after the bios update, it threw some primary setting just like you said.
l set the bios to the default settings and recheck the CPU settings, but the voltage was noticeably lower (232 to 181volts).
l am attaching a SS of the current cpu settings.
This time l take the test for a while and it reaches 97°C,, not the best, but it doesnt lock at 100°C.

SO UPDATE..
- I BOUGHT i5 14600kf run by default and reach 100°C while gaming and stay around 100°C for like 90% of time.
- so l update all-- I update firmware and bios and update windows. SAME !!!! no diffrence.
- l set bios to default ``again`` (after update, thats how looks like bios was reset to the new bios settings). And actuly help a bit.. temp drop to 95°C
- set default cpu setting in GCC (gigabyte center software) and drop voltage from 251volts to 181volts.
i did some extra research and added 1 extra fan to the processor and 3 extra fans to the pc case for better air flow, i also removed the dust screens from the case.
so l have the same fps in the game, everything runs super smooth and the temperatures dropped from 100°C to an incredible 60-65°C.
So, I could played with the voltage and slowly hung until the temperatures reached 80-85°C and stopped there. but I don't see the need until I need more power, and by then the cpu will probably be optimized.
Thank you
