I have and i5 3570 and the core clocks fluctuates between 1596hz and 3592hz, because of that I can't play any games, anyone knows this problem? How to resolve? The problem is in the mother board or the processor?

edit: I already tried to reset cmos and disable the intel turbo boost

My major problem is with pubg, but it happens in overwatch and rust too, the problem is the processor core clock speed at 1596hz and the game at 20 fps.

By reviewing the test results the processor does not no present any errors, also the comparability among the motherboard and memory seems correct, if it is possible could you try testing the system whit a different processor?
