Please send the processor markings; they are on the metal plate of it. The FPO number matches the Batch number from the processor box.

Intel has a plant in Vietnam.

The link below describes the processor markings meaning.

Hi EveRSeeR,

The Intel® Xeon® Processors E3-1200 v3 were made in Vietnam. Intel already stopped producing them some time ago.

From ARK http://ark.intel.com/ http://ark.intel.com/, each processor provides with SKU number (Spec Code), review Ordering and Spec Information.

Hi EveRSeeR,

Intel has factories in China and Malaysia. Now this processor is available only with pre-build systems; there are no box processors.

The sku number is CM8065802482901.
