Good day, we are company, we sell CPU`s.
We recieved CPU i5-8600K from customer with photos attached.
We reject to customer with this message:

We say, it has problems like:
Heat spreader damages, cracks, and scratches
and
Markings are not visible
Customer reply to us, that we are not Intel and he want to speak with Intel or Intel should say that this is not warranty or warranty.
I am sorry, I have no contact with Intel, this CPU have warranty steal according to his lot number. But what should I do???
My CPU vendor will refuse this CPU.
Please help me.

Thank you for posting on the Intel ® communities.
The information you have mentioned is correct, according to the pictures there is physical damage visible, this means that the processor is not covered by warranty. You can try asking your vendor to see if there is any kind of exception but from their part. Intel would not validate warranty for a device showing physical damage, the warranty only covers factory defects or issues.
