Hi, for some odd reason my CPU (i5 9400F) is not running at the base voltage (which is read is 1.246, correct me if i'm wrong)

All monitoring software show it at 0.274 and i'm getting constant stutters playing games.

Any help is appreciated.

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

To better assist you can you please provide the following reports and information:

DXDIAG

  • Go to Start > Run or Windows Key + R.
  • On the Run prompt, type "dxdiag" then click OK.
  • On the DirectX Diagnostic Tool window, click on Save All Information.
  • Browse to a folder, type in a filename then click Save.

Use the option under the reply window to attach the report to the thread (Drag and drop here or browse files to attach).

- What software are you currently using to check the processor’s voltage?

- Have you change any BIOS settings?

- Were you able to see normal readings in terms of voltage before?

- If yes, was there any recent change related to the point when the issue started?

- Can you please show provide some pictures of the reading you are getting?

- What games are you having issues with exactly?

I look forward to hearing from you.
