i5 9600k - I can't change the overclock values. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the Extreme Tuning Utility software and checked my card's bios and it has the most current version

Hello, @leonardocrispim

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

I understand that you are having issues with XTU features.

I will do my best to help you here. However, please take in mind that Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility displays various controls and provides access to features based on the system's motherboard and processor configurations. Not all processors provide real-time support for all controls. Motherboard manufacturers can restrict access to various controls that prevent the user from overclocking those settings. Common Issues and Resolutions for Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility article

Also, I would like to let you know that altering clock frequency or voltage may damage or reduce the useful life of the processor and other system components and may reduce system stability and performance. If the processor is used outside of its specifications, the manufacturer's warranty may be voided.

Please attach an Intel SSU report to have more information about your system for investigation:

Note: Make sure to mark the box that says "everything" before pressing the Scan button. After that, click on "Next>" and select "Save" and then, attach the .txt file.
