Hi,
We are considering an Intel NUC variant for a particular application. We are considering the NUC11TNKi70Z. However, our application is power sensitive and we aren't using a lot of the i7's CPU power. Therefore, I am wondering whether we would be better going for an i5 variant (which I believe we can do without changing the GPU architecture).
Would I be right in thinking that an i5 would consume less power for the same processing load, or is that not the case?
Thanks for any pointers,
Dave

Hello DaveyDave,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I understand that you are looking for information on which processor/NUC version to buy.
In this case, Intel cannot advise on which products to buy. I can provide vide you with a comparison of both NUC so you to see the specification and select the NUC based on the application that you are developing.
You can also check the Intel Developer Zone in case you need further support with your application.
