i7 10700K very rapid temperature changes

Hello

I've recently did a rather large upgrade of my PC and one thing concerns me - the speed at which CPU core of my 10700K heats up and cools down.

The CPU is cooled with Arctic Liquid Freezer II 280.

For example - I use MSI Afterburner for monitoring and CPU-Z for stress testing. I start the stress test and in an instant CPU temperature jumps to about 80°C. Stopping the stress test brings the CPU temperature instantly back down to ~40-35°C. It's not gradual, as it was with my old i5 4670K.

Is this normal behaviour of these processors?

My PC complete specs are attached in a txt file.

Yes, this is completely normal. Every generation has been more and more volatile than the previous. Your processor is fully spec'ed to run at these temperatures and still achieve its warranted lifetime.

Sorry, but I do not see where you have any problem.

OK, I attached a graph illustrating what I'm asking about (100ms polling interval).

Is it normal for that CPU to heat up and cool down so rapidly (40°C in 0,5s)?
