i7 10700k marks on brand new CPU heatspreader

Hello community,

I just openend my new i7-10700k CPU and discovered that there are marks on the heatspreader (see attached picture). I don't know if that is normal or something worth worrying about.

I would take it back to the place of purchase.

Someone has used this previously. There should be no residue on it. I would definitely return it.
