Hello, got the same problem with the same processor, bought 2.5 years ago, send my processor to warranty center 3 times, a lot of testing was done and also evidence in the form of screen recordings of crashes in games.
Unfortunately, the official service said that everything is fine with the processor, they have a program through which they test the hardware and unfortunately it shows that everything is fine with the processor.
I still couldn't solve the problem, games still crash, now even work programs have started to crash. If possible, I would like to contact Intel with the same request to replace the processor, since there is no possibility to buy a new processor, and I need a stable computer for work.
