Hi, I have a stuttering problem with my i7-13700kf.
When I play games my games run smooth but randomly the start to lag a lot. CPU usage drops from 50% to 10%.
My motherboard is ASUS PRIME Z790-P D4 and I have 4 sticks on DDR4 3200Mhz ram

I dont know what fixed it but changed ram xmp to manual with same values, reinstalled graphics drivers using DDU

Update your bios, and make sure you correctly installed your cooling solution.

I already tried updating bios (0602) but not addressed the problem. Also updated GPU drivers to latest.
My cooling solution, it's a NZXT Kraken 360 mm AIO.

As I said, make sure your cooler (and thermal paste) are correctly installed.
